Absolutely. All our masalas are clearly marked as No Onion No Garlic, making them suitable for Jains and fasting days.

How long do these masalas stay fresh?

If stored in an airtight container away from moisture and sunlight, most of our masalas stay fresh for 6–9 months.

Do you use preservatives or artificial color?

No. Our products are 100% natural with no preservatives, additives, or artificial colors.

How are your masalas packed?

We use food-grade jars with tamper-proof seals to ensure hygiene and extended shelf life.

Zayaka Masala

How can I use Zayaka Masala?

Sprinkle on chaat, papad, sprouts, raita, or use in sabzi and paratha. It’s a true all-rounder!

Is Zayaka Masala spicy?

It has a balanced tangy-spicy profile from black salt, mango powder, and mild chili.

Kanji Masala

What veggies can I ferment with Kanji Masala?

Black carrots, beetroot, regular carrots, cucumber, radish – any root veggie with high water content works great.

How long does fermentation take?

Usually 48–72 hours in sunlight. You’ll know it’s ready when it smells tangy and looks slightly fizzy.

Can I store Kanji after fermentation?

Yes, once fermented, strain and refrigerate. It stays fresh for 4–5 days.

Swad-E-Jeera / Jaljeera Masala

How to prepare Swad-E-Jeera drink?

Add 1 tsp to 250 ml cold water + lemon juice + mint for a refreshing summer drink. Can also be used in chaat or mocktails.

Can it be added to curd or buttermilk?

Yes, it makes chaas, dahi, or raita even more flavorful.

Thepla Masala

Can this be added directly to dough?

Add directly while kneading to make flavor-packed Theplas, Khakhras, or even spicy pooris.

Does it contain sesame seeds or methi?

Is Chatkara Masala different from Zayaka?

Yes. Chatkara has Triphala, Haritaki, Amla—making it a digestive masala with an ayurvedic twist.

How to use it?

Summer Thandai / Shikanji Blends

Do I need milk or water for this?

You can use either. Milk gives a traditional flavor, water for a light version. Always add ice cubes in summer!

Is sugar already added?

Yes. Just mix the powder and enjoy without extra sugar.
