Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed are immediately processed and packed to maintain freshness and hygiene.
Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Limited Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised within 1 hour of placing the order, and
Only if the order has not been shipped or handed over to the courier partner.

Return / Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

You received an incorrect product
The product was physically damaged during transit
The product was expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
Mandatory Conditions for Claims

To ensure fair assessment and consumer safety, all claims must meet all of the following conditions:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
A continuous package opening video is mandatory (from the moment of unsealing the outer package)
Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product must be shared

Claims without the above proof cannot be processed.

Non-Eligible Scenarios (No Return / No Refund)

We do not accept return, replacement, or refund requests for:

Change of mind or personal taste preferences
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
Missing or incomplete proof (opening video/photos)
Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
Refunds are processed within 7 working days from approval
A ₹100 return shipping/handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount
Refunds are subject to internal quality checks and courier partner verification’
